My wife went through 2 cheap masks before finally purchasing the JOV. It has made a huge difference with her skin. Her eyebrows have even grown back in. It is recommended by Ari Whitten in his book RED LIGHT THERAPY revised addition. This one is worth every cent.

I was so excited to try this mask. Sadly, the mask NEVER turned on. There is a blinking light on the charger but the mask itself never once turned on. I emailed Jovs support thinking maybe it was user error and perhaps I didn't understand how to switch it on and the response was appalling. No trouble shooting information, no assistance. I would be heartbroken to spend nearly $1,000 on a mask only for it to break a few weeks later. Due to the customer service response, I am going to have to return this product. If they can't assist for a brand new product that was sent faulty, I know they won't help if the product goes out after a use or two. I also noted similar reviews when doing my research. I do hope this product is what it says it is, but the lack of customer service support makes me think they aren't trustworthy. This mask is the answer to my skin care issues! I am completely over-spending so much money at the Med Spa and I am taking matters into my own hands purchasing what I need for my skincare so I can do it myself. Excellent. I have used only 2 days and can tell a difference. Went out to eat with friends and 2 commented on my face. They said I looked younger. I hate it was so expensive but several friends ordered cheaper ones and they said it did not work. I work a 12 hour shift ad a nurse and I’m trying to figure out if I will have time to use. This is one of those things you will not forget to use, because you see such great results. I wish I had bought it sooner. If the sale is on you will get $200 off. It is one of those things if you start thinking of all the creams and products you but for wrinkles this becomes affordable. It also fits on your face easier than some of the other brands that I have seen. I will buy the neck attachment when I save up for it. I guess you need to remember you get what you pay for. Also as an added benefit red light therapy helps with mood. I can tell as well in better mood. I don’t know why anyone would write a negative review. If you are not pleased I would certainly contact the company and find out what is going on. This product is amazing. I have finally found something that actually reduces my wrinkles without paying for Botox and fillers. Thank you for making such an excellent product. I will eventually send pics after about a month when results will be extremely amazing and they will be.

I had super high hopes for this mask, especially because of the cost. I am 51 years old wth few fine lines on my face. I’ve been using it now for about two months, and sadly I’ve noticed no difference. I thought it would give you a more filled look in your face with glossier skin. I’m past the return timeframe so I’m just gonna keep using this every day for 30 minutes on the high-level as I’ve been doing. Hopefully, in the next couple months, I’ll see some results.
