great game, kids loved it!
I bought this for my kids and their cousins as they love to play Monopoly. my kids were asking for a new Monopoly so I figured this one looked interesting and fun so they could play all together. once it arrived they played for hours straight. it looked like they had so much fun. the game is like the original Monopoly but the only difference is there are no train stations and the game includes cheat cards. the tokens are also a bit different which is quite cool. I 100% recommend it to anyone who likes Monopoly.

If you love monopoly, You'll love this
Our family loves monopoly for family games nights, and we're proud owners of various editions, and this has fast become one of our favourites, the aims are different, so it seems like less of a themed version of the usual game and more of a new game! Be warned, things can get loud in this game! The aim is to cheat and get away with it without being caught, and several rule changes have occurred in this edition. It's much shorter than the original game as the aim is for all the properties on the board to be owned and the game finishes there with the winner being the player with the most money/assets. If you don't have all night to play, this is probably the better option for you. The chance cards and community chests have a number of twists now and there's fewer properties to be owned on the board with the stations no longer being able to be owned and the obvious absence of the waterworks and electric. All in all though it's a fun filled version where the players need to be more on the ball than ever!

A must for kids. Adults keep your old set.
Brilliant for kids but the old set we have is much better quality. The property cards are very small. All the cards are made of very thin paper which will not last long. The game is more confusing than it should be as sometimes you are juggling trying to complete the challenge on a chance/community chest and cheat card all at the same time. Things I did like - The game pieces are all metal and it includes wacky figures like a T-Rex and penguin. The handcuffs were great fun for the kids, even our dog ended up handcuffed at one point lol. Kids will love trying to pull off the cheats like sneaking out of jail or pinching money from the bank. Things they'd probably do anyway but wouldn't get rewarded for. One thing I hated was that the train stations are not for sale. They just act as fast tracks to the next station. My favourite part of Monopoly was trying to buy up the stations.

Addictive game
Wow so i bought this game to encourage my family to refocus the mind from the tv to good old family fun and i have to say that this game achieved this by a mile. It is such an additive game where u have fun cheating and using different tactics to enable you to cheat in the most brilliant and funny way and i have to say this game did not disappoint. I heavily recommend this game for all but this is a game mostly for adults n those who do have sticky fingers when it comes to looting the bank.

New years family fun
Bought whilst on deal as an add on to existing board games for new year. Turned out to be hilarious. We played as 7 adults and were in hysterics. The game itself takes a bit of getting used to as it is different to original monopoly- there are no houses, train stations aren't for sale etc. However the cheating element is hilarious. In our case it wasn't only the usual suspects that we expected would try cheating but also some of the quieter ones no one would suspect. I think the more people playing the better, as the cheating aspect is easier to achieve. Yet to play with only a couple of people.

So much fun...unless you have trust issues!
Wow this game is so fun but beware playing with your spouse or friends...you will see a new side of people!!!! This version is completely set up for cheating, the chance and community chest cards give you bonuses and each player is in charge of the bank on their turn! You have 5 cheat quests open on the board which get replaced when someone either manages to cheat or get caught! The board handcuffs are a nice touch, as are the playing pieces! It's been a lot of fun and we will be bringing it out at game nights in the furture!

Interesting twist on original game
We played this over xmas and had a really good laugh. I must stress how important it is to read the instructions carefully so that everyone "gets it" as my dad managed to cheat from the get go thinking that "anything goes" rather than trying to do a cheat off the card! I think it is more fun and a bit shorter than a normal game of monopoly and it really makes you concentrate on everyones turn to make sure they are not cheating! However we did come across a few issues when playing the game. Firstly its not always clear how long you keep the chance and community chest cards, the handcuffs are definitely a gimmick which dont really clip onto the board very well and some of the cheats are a bit unclear or seemingly impossible. The main issue we had with one of the cheat cards is "steal from the bank" My dad read that card and went ok then and very obviously cleared the bank out of 500's to which we all shouted cheat! We turned the card over and as he was caught cheating he had to pay each player £100?! but it didn't say anything about paying back the money he stole so that effectively ended the game as he cleared out the bank! So we have since taken that card out of the game as it takes the cheating a bit too far!

Alles top
