The majority of the movie takes place at night and overall low lighting conditions, and even then it looks phenomenal. It looks like it was originally recorded in full HD - there is minimal graininess compared to other 4K movies from the era I’ve gotten (ST III). I’ve seen detail that I’ve never been able to pick up on before - the scene where Sarah bites Kyle, he has a bite scar on his hand the rest of the scene. Never seen that. Nor the terminator shead a tear when taking out his eye. I wish all the 80s movies looked this good. If you’re on the fence about upgrading, I’d say go for it—especially if The Terminator is a favorite of yours.
