Great for all my high performance needs
First off this PC is BIG so make sure you are ok with the dimensions! It’s like two PS5 consoles next to each other. I bought this PC, hoping that it would be modern and powerful enough to handle all of my needs as a gamer, Musician who uses Ableton, as well as software engineer and it knocked out all three. I’m able to play modern games on mostly full high-quality settings, it starts in boots up and performs very quickly making programs that used to take a long time to start on my old PC feel very quick and often instant. The qualities is amazing, like I said it is bigger than expected, but it is very cool looking. When it is running in high-performance mode or with an overclocking program, it does get noticeably louder, but it is way quieter than any other PC I found and never gets louder than I have a problem with. I’m able to overclock it at least 400 in both the CPU and GPU

No display on delivery
Bought a 2k$ prebuilt PC to replace old laptop because it was acting up. Received today and followed quick start instructions to get it up an running. Computer powers on but does no display to any of the 3 monitors it's connected to. Started trouble shooting by removing additional monitors, then testing each individually with multiple HDMI cables. Leave house to buy display port cable just in case. Display port cable also doesn't work. Get desperate and try it on the TV's in the house. Nothing works. Having built my own computers, I understand that the solution could be as simple as the ram not being fully seated or a plug being loose. Sadly, I am not spending thousands of dollars to trouble shoot and solve problems on day one after having a manufacturer put a computer together for me. For people who know even less about computers, this would basically be a 2 thousand dollar brick with pretty lights.

Computer computes
Had a PC for 7 years with a 1080ti, finally upgraded. Was able to replay Cyberpunk at 4k, not fully maxed at 4k, but high settings with DLLS and Raytraced. Minecraft Raytraced, Tarkov max settings 4k, etc. (Picture with side cover off)

Not bad, but, with some issues
Fan is noisy. Does get hot. The side covers were installed incorrectly resulting in warping of one of the covers. Good luck trying to get a hold of tech support. They’ll never call you back.

Great build
This computer is solid. It takes up minimal room on my desk and works better than expected. Plays world of Warcraft on max settings with ease. It boots up very quickly and had built in WiFi. It’s connected to a TV and two monitors and still has room for another display on the video card.

Fist shot, Item Used and Broken!
I bought this item just because I am lazy, I can build a much cheaper same spec machine myself but I didn't want to bother. First impression, I thought the box looked like someone used it before, I still kept installing it. Once i started really looking at it, it was 100% used. USB was off-centered by 50%, I couldn't plug anything to it. It was also scratched and it had many finger prints all over the chassis. Im VERY Disappointed...........
