I was suffering with Iron deficiency for last more that 20 years, basically ever since I got my periods I have been feeling very lethargic. I’am that girl from school who never plays with anyone. Looks sad and unkept. Can’t run forget about walking to school. And I’ve sort of grown up like that. Met many doctors but no one could solve my problem. My legs started swelling 10 years ago and my liver became fatty. Basically it has been a slippery slope until I discovered this product. I give myself a few days off here and there, but it always finds its way back into my routine. Truly grateful.

Pros- i dont look pale anymore 2.hb is normal within 2 weeks 3. Feel little better(cant say entirely bec of this) 4. Helped in migraine along with magnesium 5. Improved energy level. I used to feel drained at just 11 now i feel drained at 1🥹 can’t entirely blame meds…its overall me with zero energy and lots of health issues Cons- bottle is a hassle to open for a weakling like me. (But safest for a capsule to stay undamaged) 2. I dont see any effect(improvement) in my nails,hairfall etc(they were okay anyway but could be improved but didn’t) i hope i make sense P.s- take it in morning preferably with empty stomach or acidic food(vit c) Never take with dairy,tea coffee, calcium. Drink lots of water and fibers to avoid dark stool.

Been using this for more than a 10 days now and NO CHANGEs noted i.e. my energy levels didntnboost up.... disappointed with the product.... previously, I used to buy VITRONC available on amazon (no longer available) and it worked within a short time to increase my energy levels, this product is NO GOOD

Dit veroorzaakt bij mij (lichte) gasvorming. Geen andere maag- / darmklachten tot nu toe. Over de werking m.b.t. mijn ijzergehalte / hemoglobine waarde kan ik nog niets zeggen. Hopelijk zal een bloedanalyse na een paar maanden gebruik positieve resultaten opleveren.
