I just bought one and I can Adjust the Voltage but not the current, is there something I don't know? Also lost my manual. Can't find a link. Thanks..

I use mine for electroplating. When I hook it up, the amperage is adjustable and the voltage sets itself. I don't know why this is, but since I use milliamps and amps for plating, and I can adjust it, that is what I need. I suggest that you contact Tekpower customer service/technical department for further info.

Can this be used to power a car amplifier in home ?

It depends on the amp draw of the amplifier. This piece of equipment, though, is meant for temporary bench testing and not for a continuous power supply. You would be better off looking for a power supply designed for continuous use.

so what is the smallest mA this device can deliver?

The lowest for me is 0.05 mA (50uA). For adjustments that depends a bit on the sensitivity of your finger. I needed to simulate a 4-20mA current sensor. I found that I could get better control by adjusting the voltage rather than the current. It was very easy to tune it in 0.2mA steps and I was kind of able to tune it in 0.01 mA steps but at this point it took me like 30 seconds to dial it and I was barely touching the nob.
