Review: Very light but comfortable - Connectivity is solid via BT and 2.4. This mouse is EXTREMELY light. I'm coming from mice that used AA batteries, so it's a little jarring, but I'm still impressed with the buttons and the scroll wheel. It doesn't feel cheap, despite how light it is. And there's no soft\grippy material to wear out before it wears out mechanically, which I appreciate. Keychron's customization software is, as always, top tier. I do wish I could use layers, but I am still 100% satisfied so far. Only time will tell if the thing lasts. Still perfect after 5 months, at least.
Review: Shockingly good - I literally had not heard about the M7 even being released, and there are not many reviews on it. I read though it was one of the few mice with a similar shape to the Logitech G502, which is similar to the G604 I have in this picture. The G604 is about 135g in all it's glory, and I've longed for a lighter version of it. I bought this blindly for the shape, although I have a fantastic Keychron keyboard that has served me well for four years now. This mouse is honest to God maybe the best mouse for the money I've tried in the last five years, and I've tried like nearly 30 different mice in that time. From the switch feel and sound, side button size and placement, to the stock skates, the scroll wheel feel the weight, and the implementation of the DPI and polling rate buttons. The shell has no flex and the coating is very similar to Razer's, but I find it slightly grippier. I really don't have anything negative to say about it, and the price for what you get is almost unheard of. I will update my review if this craps out on me, but Keychron seriously released an amazing mouse that nobody seems to be talking about. Edit: It has been about a year now, and this mouse is good as the day I got it. I use it eight hours a day for work, and I then sometimes use it for gaming for games like Diablo and Path of Exile where I'm clicking a thousand times. I stand by everything I said originally.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good potential but not quite
*by N***T on April 14, 2026*

This mouse has great potential but the execution isn't quite there. Pros: - Love the light weight, great for crossover productivity use and light (non-FPS) gaming. - Web-based Keychron Launcher is great for cross-platform use (I really hate having to install proprietary, platform-dependent software just to change settings). - Ergonomics feel great to me but that's obviously subjective. - Really appreciate the connectivity options between cable, 2.4ghz, and bluetooth -- I use all of them. - The primary mouse buttons have pretty good feel with firm but balanced actuation force (major caveat below). - Other buttons aren't amazing but feel good enough. - Mouse wheel scroll indents are good. Cons: - Biggest let down is big difference in actuation between left and right buttons. The M7 supposedly uses the same Huano switches for both buttons but they feel completely different. Left is crisp and responsive while the right is stiff and mushy. Keychron really needs to match switch pairs. - In contrast to their 8K mice, there is no support for profiles for this mouse. Well, there is a profile but you only get one. Definitely limits the ability to switch between 'office' and 'gaming' modes and feels like a really weak limitation given other models support this. - The mouse wheel isn't amazing: stiff with mediocre grip, and middle click is super stiff (and mushy) as well. - As other reviewers have said, feels cheap in build but I'm okay with that tradeoff for lightness and cost. Given the price, I would be pretty happy with this mouse paired with my Keychron keyboard. But I know the difference between left/right switches is going to drive me bonkers. Have already sent a support request but not expecting much.
