Fünfunddreissig Jahre einen falschen Stil gelaufen. ChiRunning hat alles verändert. Laufen ohne Schmerz und verletzungsfrei. Hightech-Schuhe habe ich entsorgt und bin auf minimalistische Barfußschuhe umgestiegen. Ein wunderbares, natürliches Lauferlebnis hat sich eingestellt. Das Buch ist für jeden Läufer wertvoll.
