The CC agent in tollfree no. is helpful , but then I personally found the local service centre guy acting pricey . He won't repair ( only a washer change required, but the specific kind of washer not available except with Borosil service men).and insists you buy a second set of rotar . Not an issue as it costs 440 , but then he demands 200 as service charge to deliver . On my offering to collect , he keeps changing his availability . Have not succeeded in getting the new rotar even after 3 days .
