These *Cross Click rollerball + *Click ballpoint come with manufacturing defects, somwhere or the other, no matter even if they're replaced. This is BAD for products of this iconic brand, and Genuine Purchasers who are paying Good Money.

Ink was completely dried off. The pen was not working.
I ordered this pen as gift and gifted it on 26th Oct 18. It was extremely embarrassing as the pen was not working when the person to whom I gifted opened it. The ink was completely dried off. Definitely very poor service and extremely embarrassing.

The packaging is very poor. Not like the one I bought from a store.
The pen is good as always. The packaging quality looks to be not good at all. The packaging looks like duplicate. So really wondering is the pan is original or not.

クロスボールペンを３４年使用していて現在も８本保有しています 固いボールペンはインクの出がスムーズいかないが、今回購入したジェルタイプは インクの色が濃ゆく気持ちがすっきりします。 ３年前メーカーにジェルインクタイプを販売をお願いしましたが、梨のつぶてで でした。 ジェルタイプをアマゾンさんいお願いして購入しました。書き味いいです 有難うございました。 今後ともよろしくお願いします。
