Oddly enough, I like it less than bottled double or clotted cream. Double cream is like American heavy whipping cream that's been perfectly whipped. In Scotland, there is an even thicker version that's called extra thick double cream. It's exquisite. I haven't found it in the States. I've had this double cream delivered warm and separated. I stirred it up and it was wonderful. I've also bought it in the pantry aisles both in the UK and on site at Whole Foods pre-desertcart acquisition.
