Simply because I prefer that type of soft squishy barrel grip, rather than the textured grip on this specific pen. So Writech if you are reading this, please introduce the 1.0mm in that casing (I already tried to put a refill, but it's too big :) Great quality pens for a great price, and wonderful feeling to write. My writing is ugly, but these pens make me better about it :)

These are some of my favorite pens! They are so smooth, and they don’t smear! I can write entire pages and don’t get the annoying ink smear on the paper or my hands. We love these so much I had to buy a new pack because my kids also love them. The grip is super comfy, and we have had a couple issues of them not lasting as long as we expected, but they are so good I’m not even that upset.
