Bought some Irish butter, and some super sharp cheddar. The taste of this.... well let's just say, is unique. My wife thought it was good but I think she's swayed by the novelty of it. I can get behind the beans and toast. Or the bacon bap. This, I'm not too sure. It's essentially a vinegar-based relish that has some sweet notes. While plenty of savory, some of the sweet makes it taste off. I don't quite get it.... but will try a second time to give it a fair shake. This hits like many foreign foods that haven't been Americanized, where the taste is so strange, I'm not quite sure what to think....
