I use spot on once a month which is on prescription from my vet but I have one cat who suffers with a flea allergy. These tablets help her if given in between the spot on and it is better for her than having a steroid injection. I give her the tablet crushed into a Webbox liver cream snack and she takes it with no fuss. They work just as well as Capstar, but not so costly.
