Review: PRODUCT DIED - NO WARRANTY - I purchased this product through desertcart in the UAE. Reolink says they will provide a 2 year warranty. My product died in about 12 months - it won't power up. Reolink refuses to warranty the product because it was shipped from desertcart UK. desertcart doesn't want to help. I've done 3 installations of Reolink in big houses. I'm done with them now. Looks like there are better options in the market anyway. They have stopped innovating.

I purchased this product through Amazon in the UAE. Reolink says they will provide a 2 year warranty. My product died in about 12 months - it won't power up. Reolink refuses to warranty the product because it was shipped from Amazon UK. Amazon doesn't want to help. I've done 3 installations of Reolink in big houses. I'm done with them now. Looks like there are better options in the market anyway. They have stopped innovating.

NVRとしての設定の細かさはなかなかなもので、 不在時に端子函等から電源を落とされ、隠密に侵入されたとき等の確認に便利なSMART表示が可能。直近の更新ではいくつかの改善が見られ新機能もアップしている。各デバイス消費電力量のリアルタイム表示。録画済み複数カメラの9画面カット(約3秒間隔コマ送り)同時プレビュー等々、プレイバック機能の強化を図り映像確認作業の時短・簡便化など着実にアップデートされている。この点だけでもユーザーの使用環境改善を考慮しており好感が持てる。サポートも迅速で親切。 数社のカメラシステムを使ってみたがNVR本体の表示が未だ日本語に対応していない等、日本市場を意識した製品サポートにはなっておらず、いくつかの不満点はあるものの個人的には同価格帯では現状サポートも含めReolinkが最上位だと思う。 追記：ファームウェアアップデートでNVR本体の日本語に対応、録画ファイルの暗号化も可能になりました。
