It looks nice and the surface of material is soft for skin. so it is good to use for long flight to keep your neck comfortable. Not too tight, not too loose. so the design and function of this product is excellent. However, velcro needs to be enlarged and the body part (neck pillar) should be more solid.

I use this at work to prevent a forward lean of my neck while I am at the computer. The black color and material makes it look more "fashionable" than other neck braces. (I just took a black sharky over the "O". Sorry. Not a sports fan.)

Great travel item-not bulky like travel pillows. Lets me sleep on planes and in cars without a sore neck. Price outstanding.
