I have TMJ, lots of muscle tension, and overall just have a hard time straight up relaxing. This wrap is a game changer. It smells amazing. The weight is perfect-- heavy enough that it pushes my shoulders done a bit but is still comfortable. It gets really hot. I heat it up for 3-4 min. And it stays warm for 15-20 min. And I'll keep this up for like an hour. After that, my tension is GONE. The moist heat does wonders for my tension-- lots in my shoulders, back, and neck which will ultimately give me a nice tension headache after a long day. I actually just bought a second one because I love it so much I wanted a back up. You won't be disappointed with this-- I use it every night, and on my lunch break. It has really changed my pain with tension headaches and sore muscles.
