Chopsticks have too sharp heads and are too long to be put in my lunch bag.

These are cool, useful and enjoyable. I don't know why my favorite Chinese bistro serves lunch with "to go" style disposable chop sticks. Dim sum is served with proper utensils. So, I bring my own to lunch. Low key, just slide open, use, wipe down with napkin, reload the box and back to pocket or purse - wash at home. These did come with the end block not glued in - no sign of glue at all. A little exterior Elmers did the trick and I couldn't be happier with this minor purchase that provides a little continuing pleasure. Now, if one wanted to make a scene out of producing their own chop sticks, one certainly could. I just prefer the low key, say nothing, set next to the plate and discretely open and use approach. Folks at the table notice - no need for a show. Your chance to show your inner Sean Connery or are you the Bill Murray type?

The bamboo chopsticks and chopstick case are lovely. The tolerances of the case and its lid are however not tight enough and would allow the lid to easily slide open. In fact there is a magnetic catch which should have been great if it work as intended. However it doesn't work at all. Perhaps the gap between the case and its lid is too big to allow it to work.The included bamboo chopstick holder is another brilliant design.
