Not a lot of water but my grandson was thrilled when it squirted.

Does it come with batteries? If not, how many of what type batteries?

It comes with batteries and they are still working so I don't know what type they are!

Can you turn Off/On lights, sirens, sounds?

They only come on when you push the buttons. If I remember correctly.
