They mentioned 500 meters. You will lose signal after 80 or 90 meters... test it in an open field and did not get the signal after the first 90 meters

I received the product but there is missing parts such as Usb cable charge and the remote charge .

Not 500 M. Only 120
It was mentioned in the peoduct description that it has 500 M range. But it is 120 M only and i was about to lose it in see unless my husband kept going inside sea till he got signal.
