Works on my two fifteen year old Sony MP3 players
Works on my two fifteen year old MP3 players, their batteries were flat. Couldn't find the original cable. I can't believe how far we've come technologically, since these were premium devices for MP3/WMA/Photos and WMP playlist compatible. I have and 8 GB model, and a 16 GB model. I can't believe what the resale prices for these devices. Very Happy the charging/data cable is still available from this vendor.

So far, so good. it fully charged a long dormant mp3 player quickly (approximately 45 min). pretty cheap price too for a proprietary connector.
