Remove the 6 hex cap screws holding the leather boot retainer down. Remove the retainer and boot together. Replace the boot with the P1Labs shifter mod. Reinstall the 6 hex cap screws to secure the P1Labs mod to the shifter. Reinstall the shift knob and shift knob screw. Reinstall the grey H-pattern cover on the shift knob. This is the closest it can get. Review: Gate Channels Bend - It feels better than stock but the metal pieces separating the gates bend during use. So rather than all gears having tactile like qualities, some gates get loose and some you legit can't slide into that gear. It's just a design flaw. It'd be a lot better if they made these parts that separate the gears slightly leaf shaped or oval. Additionally, they could reenforce the plate. Not sure how cost effective that may be though.
