⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Verified Precision Adhesive — Reseller-Approved
I’ve tested dozens of adhesives for restoration, resale prep, and vintage repair — and STARBOND Black Medium-Thick is a category disruptor. The viscosity hits that sweet spot: thick enough for gap-filling, thin enough for precision micro-applications. The included microtips are workflow gold — no clogging, no waste, just clean lines and fast bonding. Used this on a vintage pedestal table with veneer separation and it bonded like a pro-grade epoxy, minus the mess. The tint blends seamlessly into dark woods and composite finishes — ideal for furniture flips, collectible touch-ups, and high-impact resale prep. Packaging sealed, labeled, and ready for repeat use. This is a hidden gem for anyone in the restoration or resale game. STARBOND isn’t just glue — it’s a toolbox essential for creators, flippers, and DIY pros who need fast-set, high-hold, no-drip performance.

Great Glue!! Make Sure To Buy The Activator!!
I use this glue for just about everything and it has yet to disappoint me! Repaired crack on John Deere X530 hood. This has held up for an entire season of mowing. Crack was in the middle of the top. Stress point every time you open hood and I open before every use to check oil. Used to fill chip in guitar finish. Used to glue broken hinge on reading glasses. Will no longer fold shut but works well for spare set on desk. Latest use was a repair to a lawnmower tire sidewall gouge that had no penetration to inside yet was slow leak. Yet to determine longevity of this repair. I used the Starbond aerosol activator on all these repairs. The best part is I've had this 2 oz. bottle for nearly FIVE years! Secret is to seal bottle tightly and keep in freezer door (glue only not activator). Will upload photos later. Note: It only takes a quick spray of activator!

Black Thick Glue
The adhesive on this is very strong, so make sure to wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated area due to the smell. The black color gives a nice shine and blends well with wood panels, and it even works on plastic. It’s easy to apply and creates a solid hold, making it great for repairs or projects where a durable bond is needed. Very satisfied with how well it performs. Comes with extra tips and a rep cap for storage. It dries fast and good thickness.

Perfect for hiding cracks in black-dyed wood
I’ve been using this Starbond black medium thick CA glue for filling little voids and hairline cracks in my black-dyed plywood projects, and honestly it’s kind of a cheat code. I’ll sand the surface, drip this stuff into the tiny gaps, hit it with activator, then sand flush again – the black glue just disappears into the grain and makes everything look way more “pro” than it probaby deserves. Viscosity is right in that sweet spot for this: thick enough that it doesn’t run all over the place, but still thin enough to wick into fine cracks and ply edges. The black color is the magic here – with clear CA you always see that weird shiny line in certain lighting, but this blends in with ebony stain, matte black paint, and even charred/shou sugi ban edges really nicely. It’s not perfect though. The fumes are no joke, especially if you’re using accelerator, so definitely don’t hover over it like I keep forgetting not to do. It also cures very hard and a bit brittle, so I wouldn’t use it as the main structural glue on anything that flexes alot – I still rely on wood glue or epoxy for that and treat this more as a cosmetic and spot-repair fix. The tip can clog if you’re not diligent, but that’s pretty standard CA behavior; I just keep a pin nearby and try not to gorilla-squeeze the bottle. Overall, if you do black furniture, speaker boxes, cosplay props, 3D prints you paint black, or any kind of dark-themed builds, this is one of those “why didn’t I buy this sooner” products. It saves projects that would otherwise look janky up close and makes your finish work look way more intentional for very little effort.

Will still glue your fingers together. Except they be black afterwards.
Just like every other CA glue out there, but black. Accelerator gives you a few seconds of working time. Nice combo kit.

Great stuff
If you’re a woodworker buy it. It fills in small holes and cracks looks natural and dry fast. Once you use it you won’t want to ever run out.

Unbeatable (WITH the activator!)
Here's the thing: You REALLY need the activator spray with this. Without the spray, it's a largely useless gimmick. It takes absolutely forever to fill even the smallest crack because 1) it takes a really long time to dry and 2) during that incredibly long dry time, most of it will soak into the wood. It'll take days to accomplish something that would take a few minutes with quick-set epoxy and a few hours with regular epoxy. But WITH the activator spray (and by the way, it doesn't have to be the expensive Starbond spray), it's absolutely incredible. That commercial on Facebook where it fills a crack and sands flat in 30 seconds? That's literally how it works. You apply, you spray, you chisel away any big globs and sand the rest, and you're done. It's beautifully simple, very quick, and looks fantastic.

Works well
Only used a couple of times but I'm happy with the results so far, used on live edge oak slabs, sanded well when set and hasn't, as yet, stained the area around what's been filled.

Guitar inlay
It appears to have glued these pieces of mother of pearl into this ebony fretboard perfectly. Time will tell how well it has worked.

Product is very thin
The liquid is very thin allowing it to drip nicely into cracks and voids in the wood perfectly.
