The charger box also didn't hold the headphones in securely and I had to place a bit of paper in it to push the phones down enough to start charging. That when I finally realised one of them just doesn't work ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Firmware-Updates lassen auf weitere Besserung hoffen. *by G***. on Reviewed in Germany on 5 September 2017* Unter dem Strich: Es gibt meiner Meinung nach kein besseres Konzept bei den Konkurrenten. Die robuste Verarbeitung finde ich überzeugend. Auf Mini-Knöpfchen wurde verzichtet -- derlei Bedienelemente halten eh nicht lange. Der Klang ist hervorragend, die Filteroptionen verblüffend gut.Leider, leider ist die Firmware nicht zu Ende entwickelt. Das erste Firmware-Update, das ich wenige Tage nach dem Kauf einspielte, war die Rettung, denn anfangs war der Betrieb sehr unzuverlässig, die kabellosen BT-Ohrhörer kaum zu gebrauchen und reif für den Rückversand.Das Firmware-Update hat eine deutliche Verbesserung gebracht -- ABER A B E R ,der Reset-Knopf im Loch auf der Box-Unterseite) wird immer noch dringend benötiga, wenn es hakt und z.B. die Ohrhörer nicht vom boxinternen Akku geladen werden o.ä. -Meines Erachtens sind diese kabellosen Ohrhörer nach gegenwärtigem Stand eher etwas für experimentierfreudige, tapfere, unerschrockene "digital natives".Ich komne im Alltag zurecht.Freilich könnte die Akkulaufzeit besser sein bei den Ohrhörern, aber die zwei Stunden Laufzeit, die ich am Stück realisiere reichen mir unterwegs, und wenn ich sie wieder in der Box verwahre, werden sie dann i.d.R. wieder voll aufgeladen.Ich vertraue auf die weitere Firmware-Entwicklung, die vom Hersteller angekündigte "längere Akkulaufzeit" kann ich nach dem Firmware-Update nicht nachvollziehen. Aber scheinbar wird daran gearbeitet. Und mit dem Kauf habe ich ein sehr sinnvolles innovatives Produkt unterstützt, von dem ich schon heute profitiere. Gleichwohl gilt, was ich oben beschrieben habe als ernster Vorbehalt.Übrigens (als Tipp):Den Reset-Knopf betätige ich mit Hilfe einer umgebogenen Büroklammer, die ich meinem Schlüsselbund hinzugefügt habe.
