I have used this for several years - first rate stuff
I use it almost exclusively to fill in voids in raw wood (burls, root balls) before turning on the lathe. Sometimes the voids are quite large - maybe 30-50% of the total piece. Only caution is to be careful about depth of pour. If the total amount of resin is modest in comparison to the amount of wood, I often pour the whole thiung at once. But if there will be places where the resin will be thick (over 2" thick at any point) then I make multiple pours.

Non-blush is a bonus
I like using the stuff. It has less odor than the other stuff I've worked with before. Laminating over yesterday's work is what I like to do when I can. I've been building up thickness and laminating cloth layer over layer to make two strong spots for attaching U-bolts on the transom of a well boat. I can wet out the previous day's work without sanding since it's still a bit sticky next day. If I want to sand between layers, I just wait till it cures hard enough to not gum the sandpaper, and wet the sanded surface out before laying cloth on it or faring. Judging from how the sander behaves, it looks like it takes several days for this epoxy to cure out really hard.

No hardener
My bad, but it's not obvious that hardener doesn't come with this resin. Just inconvenient when I opened the box and have to wait for the hardener. As a newby it was a learning experience.

Ease of use
This was my first time using Total Boat product. It did exactly what the company says it will do. I will use it on my next project, but work a bit more on preparation before using the product.

Third Boat Build Using Totalboat
This is my 3rd small boat built using Totalboat epoxies. The first two were lap strake, this one is strip built. I like the technical resources they make available, including phone support for any questions.
