Good solid construction (metal body) and buttons with a firm click. Wish it could work with keyboard shortcut and no special software to install on OS. I'm sharing a USB keyboard (plugged in) and a Logitech receiver for a wireless trackball. It switches fast and not one glitch during any switching. The one thing I'll note is if your having problems with port 4 then use a shorter USB cable. I had four 10' USB cables and I couldn't get port 4 to work. When I used a 6' cable on port 4 it worked just like the rest of the ports.
