SwimWays Spring Float Premium Papasan Pool Lounger with Breathable Mesh Seat, Inflatable Pool Floats for Adults with Fast Inflation, for Ages 15 & Up

The only thing we don’t care for with an inflatable spa, also known as our personal cool pool, is that it has no seats like a traditional spa. You’re pretty much sitting on the ground if you want to soak. Or you can float and drift about from side to side. So we were looking for something to act as a seat and keep us off the bottom. We found many styles of pool chairs and floaties, but most are too big. These spas are supposed to be 52 inches inner diameter, which sounds like enough room for floaties. But fitting and moving are two different things. So we measured give-or-take 50 inches, and were shopping floaties no more than 4 feet to allow for some movement. When we found this 36-inch papasan ring, it looked perfect. We like it a lot. The color is great. It was easy to inflate. It works for exactly what we wanted. It’s a personal seat to be in the water but not on the ground. And we can drift from side to side. The only snag is that while we’re basically lying in a lounge position, there’s no head rest. We tried to scooch about, but weight keeps most of the ring in or at the water line, so our head is naturally held up, as opposed to lying on the water. The floatie is comfortable and we like the deep hammock seat which keeps most of our body in the water, but the side of the spa becomes the head rest. We got what they call the New Version. We don’t know the difference to the old version. We did see another listing for what looks like the same ring from Swimways, except it was a different pattern and had strings. Is that the old one? We don’t know. We did like that pattern better but didn’t care for the ties. So we got the New one, which is also a pretty blue color with green mesh. They call it a fabric ring. It feels like plastic to us, just not the typical blow-up-toy PVC plastic. Whatever it is, it feels pleasant and seems pretty well constructed. We can’t speak for how long it will last, but we can update this review if needed. As we said, it was easy to inflate. We pointed our dusting blower into the hole and it was inflated in a couple seconds. Much easier than the destructions to blow heavily from a couple inches away. We got winded just reading about that strange method. The twisty inner ring is no different than how you fold laundry hampers and car sun shades. That’s easy enough when we want to put it away. We appreciate the storage bag for off season. For now, we’ll be using it to sit/float in the cool pool. Yeah, we’re weird. We don’t heat the spa. We prefer to play in cool water, but we have no room or energy for a whole pool. At least this way, we can get wet and cool off. Besides, it’s quite a ride on a floatie if we turn on the jets!

Absolutely love this SwimWays Spring Float! We use it for our toddler to float in the ocean and it's been perfect. So easy to pack and transport, and inflating/deflating is incredibly simple. The breathable mesh seat is comfortable and keeps our little one safe and happy in the water. Highly recommend for families!

SwimWays is my FAVORITE brand of floats! Amazing quality and super quick and easy to inflate. It holds the air very well I don't think i've ever needed to add more air....It's also super comfortable to lounge in the pool in! it's the perfect size and a great value! I bought a new one, but honestly, the one we have from last year is still going strong! these are VERY durable!

Swim Way Papasan pool loungers are great to have in the pool. I have used them before but lost the one I had ordered last year or so. Anyway, I ordered Two this time around. One for myself and one for my husband. They are easy to blow up and the air STAYS in the plastic since it has a " trap" so no air escapes. I had read a review about using a "hair dryer"? to easily blow these up...What a Joke that is!! I tried it and it was a hassle...Who ever did this method ---OK ...is all I can say :/ I just blew it up like blowing up a balloon for the kids...this method was simple and didn't make me breathless and it was ready to put into the pool and use. Easy to remove the air and collapse back into the storage plastic bag it came in for Winter storage. These are well made, no leaks and packaging was good too. Price is better on Amazon than at Swim supply stores. I like these and do recommend them.

Easy to inflate, deflate, and get back into the case. It held up well after a week of use and was easy to pack for a 5 hour road trip. I know that it gives dimensions but until you try it you can’t imagine what the experience will be. I’m 5’9” and I could not use it like the (presumably) short person in the photos. It did serve as a sort of floating chair but I couldn’t lay back and rest my head. Not the products fault. Great for shorter folk or kids/teens.

This pool lounger is fantastic! Super comfortable, easy to transport, and well worth the cost. Everyone in my family enjoys using it, making it perfect for all ages. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing float that's easy to take anywhere, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Works perfectly and very quick to inflate. Makes for an easy water float that can be quickly packed and takes up little space.

Love this pool float. 1 will last 2-3 years. It packs easy to take in luggage. It is my must have for the pool. You can lay on it. Sit on it. Or even fold it in half and lounge on it.

We bought the same Swimways pool lounger 9 years ago and cannot fault the quality of the last one we bought. It folds up really easily, once you get the knack, and we could fit it into the front full length pocket of one of our cases. The outside covering is really hard wearing and hopefully the new lounger will last as long as the previous one. We found that the new inflation valve makes it easy to blow the lounger up and the moulding on the cap makes it easy to deflate.

This is a great and reliable float. Fast and Easy to blow up and empty without pump. Lightweight and convenient to carry in bag provided. Folds up so small it can fit into luggage or vehicle taking up no space. Easy to get into and out of float. Relaxing, like sitting in a lazy boy chair jn the water. Highly recommend!

We bough these for our trip to mexico- they are compact and fit on the bottom of our suitcase. the kids loved it for playing on and jumping into from the edge of the pool. def. reccomend.
