I ordered a twin pack of the Wansview Bulb Security Camera for use in both an outdoor and indoor setting. I installed the outdoor camera (took 5 minutes to set up) outside my garage, where I'm able to grab a 350 degree view of my backyard and driveway. It's perfect because I didn't have a place to run a cable to plug it in, but did have a light socket that would normally take a regular lightbulb. The quality of the recordings are stellar, especially with color night vision and 2K of resolution versus 1080p. The images are sharp and bright and allow me to set up a motion detection zone to eliminate the camera recording due to the wind, cars on the road nearby, etc. Another nice feature is the ability to add a memory card for multiple recordings. The indoor installation is in my basement where it's used to keep an eye out for anyone breaking in. More importantly, I can keep watch on the basement in general to make sure there's not water leaking out of the water heater or seeping in during a heavy rainstorm. Once again, the images are crisp and clear. Also, the phone app is very easy to use and the camera's a snap to install using a scanned bar code through the phone pointed at the camera when installing. I highly recommend the Wansview Bulb Security Camera to anyone with needs for security and monitoring of their home or business. I also suggest purchasing a two pack versus individual...it's a great value!

Bought these Cameras 3 years ago and they are still operating they do a great job as security cameras they are sensitive they pick up movement and track it. you get a clear picture and prompt notification, the night vision is excellent I wholeheartedly recommend these cameras without hesitation.. and you need customer support even years after purchase they are prompt and helpful Buy them you'll love them.

Especially for the price, image is great, pairing is easy, installation is mindless, app is OK. Everything is above expected at this price point to avoid all the Pro's. Here are the cons and why I deducted 1 star. I paid for the AI on one camera for 1 year for like $160ish. I also Paid $80ish for the basic for my other 3 cameras. DO NOT GET THE AI Its pretty comical, it will mistake every vehicle including the garage truck as a dog or a human. I had to turn off the AI detection as my phone was getting filled with an insane amount of notifications. I live on a pretty busy road, and every car that would pass it will notify me a human or dog is at my house. Every car! Second gripe, is the perimeter feature. This is a must. I love it on my Ring doorbell. Here is the difference between ring and this. Ring allows you to make all kinds of shapes to really set the perimeter. This is just a box in a box, pointless for angled roads. So unless your yard is a perfect square and you position your camera perfectly, its not very useful. This may be a simple update in the future, I think its a must for this company to stay competitive. Hopefully will see that update soon. Main takeaway, DONT GET THE AI ADD ON!!!

Ignore the name of the camera 😂 This is not a paid review either I just love reviewing good products! The quality of this camera is absolutely amazing for the price! I purchased 2 of them one to replace my Blink Doorbell camera which was damaged during a really bad storm we had a few weeks back & one to monitor my office & hallway (when I'm not working so my kids won't run in & out to steal my office supplies and snacks I have hidden in there 😂). So far I'm loving this product! 1.It has a 350 rotation which is amazing especially for my outdoor camera because the light fixture is set at an odd angle & I am still able to get a good view & it rotates itself so if there is movement it will follow (rotate) to get a view of whatever is moving. 2. There is a light on the product which acts as a security light as well so when there is movement & it is dark outside it will illuminate the area but it's not as bright but definitely does the trick & u can set how long you want the light to stay on after movement is detected. 3. Two way talk audio is always a plus for me 😍 & there is almost NO delay unlike my Blink cameras (in my living room & kids room) that has a 7 second delay this camera has a 1-2 second delay which is amaze balls. 4. I'm still getting to know the app but so far its easy to set up & you can set certain positions for your camera so you won't have to constantly keep rotating it to certain positions (but there can only be 4 presets) 5. It has a siren/alarm that works 6. You have a memory card slot to store videos as well. All in all this camera fits my needs exceedingly & for the price I have ZERO complaints!

Can’t say enough good about Wansview!!! Their cameras, app, and customer service are outstanding!!! We had tried cameras that used another app and had nothing but trouble setting them up. We finally gave up and returned those cameras. We then purchased, (1) Wansview Wireless Security Camera, IP Camera 2K, WiFi Home Indoor Camera for Baby/Pet/Nanny, 2 Way Audio Night Vision, Works with Alexa, with TF Card (Camera) (2) Wansview 2K Light Bulb Security Camera - 2.4G WiFi Security Cameras Wireless Outdoor Indoor for Home Security, 360° Monitoring, Auto Tracking, 24/7 R (Camera) and (3) Wansview 2K Security Cameras Wireless Outdoor-2.4G WiFi Home Security Cameras via Remote Control with Phone APP for 360° View, Color Night Vision, 24 (Camera). Setup for these cameras with the Wansview app was SUPER EASY! The 2K pictures are EXTREMELY CLEAR! The apps ability to tilt, pan, and zoom is FANTASTIC! The only issue we had was adding another phone to the same app account. You don’t repeat camera setup using the other phone. The first phone is the “administrator”. Simply send a notice to new phone and accept the “invite” on the new phone. Worked great! Cameras up and running on second phone (ps: not sure if my terminology on this process is correct) We are so pleased with these cameras that we have decided to order these cameras for another location. We emailed Wansview customer service to determine if we had to create a new app account for the new location. The response from Wansview customer service was very quick and the answer was what we were hoping for. We can use the existing app account. Just setup the cameras with the new location’s router (same setup process as first location) We can view cameras from both locations on the same app account! Looking forware to getting the new location up and running with Wansview!! Long story short, we would give Wansview 10 stars if possible. You can’t go wrong!!

UPDATED: Not a bad camera, here is my pro/con list after a week of use. 3 stars because of the cons, but other than that I'm happy with it - OKAY, I thought I was happy with it. Maybe I have a defective camera and should return it because it really doesn't perform as I was hoping it would. It loves facing the shingled side of the house, I guess my house moves. Even after I set/reset position, it just returns to focusing on the wall/shingle. If there is movement when someone is coming up the driveway/sidewalk, which is where I want it, it doesn't trigger. Sorry Wansview, I can't give a 4 star - even for a free product to test. It gets worse in the early hours, see Cons *** and pic. Positives: * Easy App: Easy app features and notifications * Visual: Great picture quality day and night. * Motion sensor: Quick motion sensor, not to be confused with tracking. * Worth the cost Cons: * Tracking: While camera is motion activated fast enough, tracking does not work well at all. * Positioning: It would be nice for the camera to return to the preferred set position after it moves away to focus on motion. * Not weather resistant: If the bulb-cam is not protected from the elements, there is a good chance of damage. * Camera does not reposition to set preferred position after it moves away. *** At night, we're talking in the wee hours, it constantly goes off while facing the house. It triggers almost every second - weird as it just faces shingles and triggers relentlessly with light going on/off. Even when motion sensor is at the lowest setting. Overall, it's still not a bad bulb-cam for the price. I wish it was better at tracking and able to go back into position after it moves away. I find myself always repositioning the camera when I get home...that's a little annoying. It would be nice to just forget about it and let it do it's job to keep watch. It really doesn't provide the best security - someone can still come up without it triggering. Again, I might have received a defective unit.

I only bought one of these cameras because I wasn't sure if I would like the app or product. I already use Blink and have Amazon echo products. So far this app is my favorite out of all of them, it's designed well and has a lot of options. It also is fast to upload and display video where echo is slow and blink is similar. The camera also swivels! The other two I have don't move and now that I found one that moves, I wouldn't go back to not having that option. You can save your favorite postions once you find them and you can zoom in to see better. You can set schedules to turn on motion detecting which is very easy to do. I like to call in to check on my pets and I'm not always in a place where I can have my sound on. The wansview app sound comes through my headphones, if I call into blink the sound will come through the phone which can be embarrassing, I cannot find the setting to change it and really just find the blink app lacking and disappointing. I got the blink devices because I thought they would be in the Alexa app but its own app. If I'm going to add new apps then I would want something user friendly like the wansview app with this camera. Also included is an extension which came in handy as the socket I chose was too deep without it. Also included is a regular outlet plug-in, if you didn't want to use a socket. I like that it's included because you may change your mind or want to move it somewhere without a socket so the variety makes it much more usable. I am so pleasantly surprised with this purchase!
