I'd rate it at BEST 3/10. Bass is nonexistent, honestly the only thing that sounds good on this device is the responsive voice itself. Which, if that's what you're looking for, great! 👍🏻 The system is glitchy, it'll randomly turn off at times and won't turn back on without a hard reset of unplugging for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. Not ideal as it's supposedly a hands free assistant. The ads? Oh. My. God. Constant, always advertising something. And don't be fooled, Alexa listens. Yes, she'll curate specific ads for you based on what you talk about in your home: whether you liked the item, or not, she heard it, she's showing it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I bought this device for the multipurpose aspects she advertises to use. Such as, viewing compatible cameras around the house. Does she do that? Nope. Bought new specific cameras for this Alexa, she can't be bothered. ALTHOUGH... She has been great for this: the weather, setting timers, and (when she works) displaying the time. If you're looking for much more than that, I'd recommend you look somewhere else.
