Microneedling Pen A8S

This is a game changer for microneedling. It comes in a great little storage box which opens up where you find everything you need to get started. The instruction manual wasn’t very helpful with actually using this pen but I found a couple of videos online using this very make of microneedling pen so I found everything I needed to know there. First cleanse your face and apply your serum product, personally I would rather use this after cleansing and before my serum but everyone has different preferences. Then connect the needle tip to the pen by pushinn and twisting it, it’s really easy. Set the depth you would like to go, if you are just starting begin with the lowest depth and work up. Pull your skin taught in the area you want to work on and run the pen over that area, no need to apply pressure just hold it against your skin gently and you will feel the microneedling happening. The big question of does this hurt is probably different for everyone but shallow depths are light an exfoliator sensation and much deeper depths are moving into uncomfortable but you do get used to it. Once finished your skin will be a little red but this will calm down quite quickly. I’ve been using this on a couple of areas of my face and already I am seeing a difference in the finest lines. For just under £100 this is a firewall investment in your anti ageing skincare regime and will save many more pounds in the long run.

This arrives compactly packed In a lovely hard case. You receive the pen, usb cable, plug and 8 needle heads individually wrapped with dates on. Four of the needle heads are marked 12 needles and the other four are marked 36 needles. Once the needles are inserted into the machine you twist the gold bit to the depth of needle you want ranging from 0.25 to 2.5 and with .25 as the increment depth. My personal understanding is microneedling stimulates the collagen production of the skin which lessens as we age. I don’t know the cost to have this done by a professional, but for under one hundred pounds this sounds like a very good deal, even if I do need to buy needles, a quick Amazon search brings the cost of needles from twentyish pounds upward at time of writing this. As yet I haven’t tried it as I need someone to be able to film it happening on my face and I haven’t got a family member here to do that, as soon as I do I will upload the video.

This A8S microneedling pen by Dr.Pen is really well made and great quality! It comes in a nice plastic storage case with instructions, single use needles, charging wire and a plug. The depth is adjustable for different skin issues and skin areas. I will be using it on my forhead wrinkles and neck lines. Micro needling is proven to heal and improve skin issues with a few sessions, so I look forward to seeing the results. I like that this pen can be used wireless or plugged in. I also like that the disposable needles are designed so that the serum doesn't flow back into the machine. This is a great product which will last a very long time.

Very easy to use, easy set up and follow guide. I’m currently using this on the fine lines around my mouth. It a doesn’t hurt just a slight scratch sensations. I’ve seen improvements in my line over just a few weeks! Very good value for money: you get the pen plus 3 x 12 pin and 3 x 36pin cartridges included

The pen is small and ergonomic in the hand it has 6 adjustable level speeds with an easy to read LCD screen .It has 2 working modes for you to choose from either charged used wirelessly or alternatively wired . It's simple to change the needle cartridges ,( I'd suggest some practice skin is a good idea if you've not used one before you don't want to go too deep into the derma ) This is a terrific little unit capable of saving you huge amount of cash doing it yourself at home rather than paying at a salon and a must have for anyone studying health & beauty . Priced at just under £100 it's great value for money . I'm happy to recommend

First important pointer to note is unless you have professional experience of how to use a derma pen then I’d seriously hesitate before you get to work on your face/body using this product. As a novice user myself I had absolutely no idea of the correct procedure; there are many considerations from how many needles, the depth to embed them in your flesh, the speed to use and how to move the pen, as well as how often. The accompanying booklet that comes with this product provides very limited information. From googling online I do not have faith in trusting my own self-taught knowledge, instead I will visit a beauty physician to guide me through use. As for the device itself, well I’d have to say it does appear to be a very solid, well made and a quality device. The pen has a nice weight and the convenience of being used via wired means, or wireless with two interchangeable batteries; charging the wireless battery was very fast. All other moving/detachable parts are well designed and easy to use. You also get a very nice little container to hold everything inside. From what I gather from my online research, this kind of treatment is pretty expensive so when I do finally get clued up on how to safely use this derma pen, and providing it does help reduce things like wrinkles then it should be well worth the expense.

This is a well made quality product and its exactly as the description describes, so far ive had no issues. Im finding this easy enough to use and im using mainly on my face to try to get rid of the wrinkles, i can already see an improvement which has made me very happy so i will continue to use. Its not a painful experience, just feels a little scratchy which is totally bearable. Im impressed with the results so far. I can highly recommend this and it deffinatly works. Reasonably priced too.
