Love this heating pad
This is my second purchase of this heating pad as the old one just got worn out from use. They are very sturdy and stay hot for a long time. Moist heat is what my doctor recommended years ago for a muscletear, and I have used the Bed Buddy ever since. The newer ones have a thicker outer cover so I have to"cook it" in the microwave about 20 seconds longer. Never used it as a cold pack. Highly recommend it to sooth back pain.

Best Value for these Original Bed Buddies. I have used them for 40 yrs. Easy to use. Lasts a very long time. Neck Buddy and the Back Bed buddy is helpful when I am cooking. I just secure around my waist or upper back. Every family needs the NECK buddy for neck + shoulder pain, headaches, etc.

This was just what I expected. Have multiple of original bed buddy. This covers much more. Just don't try to get it too hot, or it will smell like burnt popcorn.

Product does what it says, but Velcro strap doesn’t work. I am not large. There is plenty of strap but no grip. Think it’s because of the weight of the product

Can't live without!
My mother with her back and sciatica couldnt live w/o this godsend, and I use the hand warmer version to apply heat to occipital neuralgia w/o making my whole head sweaty. Love these things!

I'm a former professional dancer and these have been a go-to for me for 20 years now. So easy to use and I love the elastic strap. They also work wonders for my "computer neck" and shoulder. They are great!
