It functions the same as others but with a bit of a higher price tag, but that price tag is worth it in my opinion. Tool comes with both a stand and a magnet to mount it on the side of your espresso machine and I’ve personally come to use the stand for the most part. Cleaning has been a bit of a challenge, I’ve noticed it’s hard to get grounds out of the sheath part that surrounds the needles when they retract but my solution has been solved by a simple turn into a microfiber towel. It’s honestly a great size, fits in your hand perfectly and feels natural to retract.
