Sienna Glass Palette Inserts - 9" x 10"

My refund does not show on my crdit card statement. l had to cancel the parcel because of defect in the piece. have you refunded my purchase.

It works, but it's not as strong as the description makes it out to be. One tiny bump and a corner cracked off. At least it was cheap.

I actually bought this for a 9 x 12 pochade box by a different company, because I didn't want to use the wood, couldn't find anything else that was suitable, and wanted the tempered glass to avoid shards in the event of breakage, and then I added rubber bumpers to the bottom to keep it sliding around. Works great!

Chipped corner, I’ll use, thought it was something else my fault. Not reading description correctly. Mislead should have known better at that price to be fair.

I bought this thinking that it was the entire palette, well it's only a square glass, if I knew, I would have never purchased it Update: I was very disappointed to find out that it was only the glass ,but I have been using this "glass" and has been very useful, the edges are safe to handle and its a very strong glass too, so I realized that it's not like a regular piece of glass that you can buy anywhere, it's stronger and safer definitely, I will buy it again and I recommend it.

It showed up to my house broken. I was really excited to use it for my oil paints. I was really disappoint on recieving the package.
