It's a bit on the narrow side barely covers a single bed but I must say it has contributed to giving me the best sleep ever. Gone ate the days of laying awake at nights, I'm now fighting to stay awake even if I just want to relax a bit in bed. I would take away half a a star because it is so narrow but I love it .

I wasn’t sure how this would feel to sleep on as I’m quite fussy, but it really felt soft and comfortable and I slept so well, I’d read a lot about grounding sheets and the price of this one is great value for money.

The mat itself is good and definitely aids a good nights sleep - Check sizing though before ordering. Mine didn’t tuck under the mattress. Would be good if there were additional ties to secure it on the bed.

Sad to say after 2/3 weeks I notice no difference in my sleep or quality of sleep I do sometimes feel tingling so it is working and doing something but not helping with sleep so far. Will persevere a bit longer as I’ve paid for it 🤣

So the grounding sheet itself works great at any two points on the mat the multimeter will read a current, there is also a current between any point in the silver and the connection point. Where it goes wrong is theres no reading between the silver and the earthing point. Upon investigation which included cutting up the wire i found that the wire itself is very poor quality and even when i cut to short lengths of 10 cm i could not get a connection between one end of the wire to the other. I wont return as i cut it up to make this review i personally will solder a new wire to the old connections but yeah the wire atleast the one i got was very poor so hopefully the company sees this review and can replace them as that is the easiest component to replace. On the video you make think i had a bad connection for testing the wire but thats because i only had one hand free on the video, beforehand i tested it thoroughly including before cutting it up and there is for sure no current passing between the silver on the sheet to the grounding point that goes in the wall due to this faulty wire when i test one of my own wires at the same length there is.

I recently purchased this for experimenting and hoping to improve my sleep and through sleep. It seems like a good quality product, I like it so far, got nice resting sleep since I use it. Will be back with an update.

Instructions says that all elements have been quality tested and are operational, it also suggests that we use a multi meter to test the components. The cable does not work, as shown in the photo. We tested the ground sheet itself and as you can see from the video it works, however the grounding sheet is useless without the cable. I would respectfully request you, the supplier to send me a cable that has been tested and works. I’m giving a very generous 3 stars - I will review again once the cable is received and the grounding sheet is in full operational order.

Since regularly using this grounding sheet I have had improved wellbeing. Via better sleep quality. General aches seems to have lessoned. The quality is great. Organic cotton with silver fibres make it comfortable to use.
