Shoulders are the hardest areas to ice. This ice pack wrap conforms to your body and stays very cold for a really long time. If you lie down, it conforms to the front of the shoulder area and that's where I need it, but you can also get up and move around if necessary. I can only use one arm to adjust the strap attachment, so I can suggest making the back strap as long as possible so you can attach the front strap with one hand. It's hard to explain. The straps can be pulled tight so it doesn't shift too much. I love how flexible it is. Great size, great quality. I have already recommended this to someone who will have shoulder surgery soon.

Product works well the cooling effect lasts for about 15 minutes. The sleeve is not difficult to get arm through although the first time or two I used with out putting arm through as it was very sensitive. Conforms to shoulder well Velcro strap easy adjustment. This is a quality product with good materials and can easily fit many (albeit primarily larger) body types. But a few things: 1 - it just does not get very cold or stay cold for long. If you’re aiming for 20 minutes of solid cooling, you might get 10, and it’s just not a focused, strong ice pack. You’re better off buying a compression wrap and some gel ice packs 2 - it is actually a fantastic brace. It’s a bit heavy, but if you’re looking for something to limit your range of motion and add some gentle cooling compression, it’s actually great. Although, it is pretty heavy, so consider that as well 3 - I’m a 6’1” 190lb man and this thing barely fits on the tightest possible setting. If you’re smaller than that, then you might want to look into other options

This thing is amazing. Read the instructions keep the bag that it comes in for storing it in the freezer and if you love it, buy a second one so you can switch them out, but it’s very convenient for just resting in the evening or even while working, if you work a desk job or even while running or walking if you suffer from shoulder pain. Actually too bulky for my taste. Didnt feel right.

This stays in place while wearing and sleeping. Not something you'd wear sleeping, but recovering from my surgery for a torn labrum and detached biceps its happened a few times. Very comfortable to wear. Stays cold for roughly 30-40 minutes. It doesn't feel big and bulky like several of the ones my doctor has issued to me.

Excellent for post shoulder surgery. Much easier to use as it iced all the right places without constant adjustment or concerns I missed the right places.
