Its avarge effective
Its not bad at the time you use but effect will last only for few days, however when you pour the powder directly on the drum its important to set the machine to atleast 2 hours of wash program and temperature set to 60 for the best effect

It only has the instruction in Chinese.
With all due respect, how should I use it if it has no leaflet inside with instructions in English, Spanish, Italian, any sort of language I could barely understand. Reading Chinese is next level.
