PIT66 3rd Brake Light, Fit 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado GMC Sierra 1500 2500

Plug and play. Bulbs and everything was already installed. Unscrew the old one, connect the new, install the new. Brake lights and cargo lights work perfectly. Can't ask for, or expect more than 100% fit and function. Don't be a ham-fisted idiot like me and overtighten a screw and crack it. Oops. Doesn't effect function, but I had to use some clear silicone sealant on the Crack. Should work fine. Still 5 star product.

The 3rd time was the charm, the first one was broken at the screw hole, returned and they replaced it the next day, the 2nd one looked great but when I started to install it was broken in the same spot and it started to storm so I was forced to put some tape over the hole to keep the rain from ruining my new interior. The 3rd one looks perfect and I can’t wait to install it when the rain stops. Photo of the broken spot on the first one.

The cost is low. There is a reason for that. I guess if you want something cheap to fill a hole that’s fine and this will work. I tightened the screw a little too tight and broke it or else I would have returned it.

Perfect fit and easy to install. Matched the rest of the aftermarket lights in the truck. Was a great upgrade from the oem. Quality was top notch

Bought it to have something aesthetically, pleasing and brighter than stock, but my stock housing with cheap LEDs in it is brighter than this thing by a long shot

It looks amazing so far and the cargo lights (ones i have on in pic) are very bright but the break light in the middle is pretty dim and is hardly noticeable in day time although it does look pretty good at night. Would be a 5 star if have some sort of reverse light.
