This device assists in doing pull ups or chin ups. It provides a lot of assistance or a small amount of resistance depending on how many of the rubber bands are used. Their an excellent product regardless, but it doesn’t seem to work as well as hoisting you up to the top as much as you’d like if your 5ft or under, generally if you’re a few inches up beyond that then it might suffice or work. It can certainly get you in the air, for starters but even setting it on the top height setting you’d still only be able to hang in the air with little support to try to lift yourself up as much as you might prefer. For me the tool was something to get myself in the air first, then try to transition all my weight on myself alone to try to reach the top. It doesn’t really help you with anything unless you need that extra expense in the start. But amazing product for others above that height🥳💫🙌 Super well-made.
