I have used the applicator on other parts of my body when I first got it to see how well it did its job but there's just something lacking when compared to just applying lotion with your hands. I still use it for my back because something is better than nothing but if you're able to apply lotion in those hard-to-reach places then I believe this isn't for you. I apply lotion right after my shower so it's easy to just rinse off since I'm in the bathroom already and it doesn't feel dirty or even used whatsoever the next time I use the applicator, not sure if it matters but I can just hang it on my shower caddy.
