Wilson Tungsten Tuning Tape, One Size

I bought this to customize my badminton rackets. I cut the tape in half lengthwise and applied them on the racket frame. The adhesion still looks good after a few nights of games. Quite satisfied with the outcome.

Love this product. Easy to use, reasonably priced and doesn't come off easily. I've been using my racket with 4 strips attached with no problem whereas some other products have negative reviews saying how easily the tapes came off.

Easy to use and flexible weight adjustment through trimming and adding/subtracting tape as required. I thoroughly cleaned/degreased the frame before applying and to date, the tape is still firmly adhered (after three matches and my usual dead ball pick up method of hitting down on it.) Only reservation is lack of guidance on how much tape to apply, but you can try and adjust. Definitely feels like the racket is heavier on its head, and has more power.

Great product. I used alcohol wipes to clean my rackets and some sticky tape to remove dust before adding these and I have no issues with them at all. I play around 12 hours per week so they get a lot of usage, my rackets have been restrung twice and they're still going strong. I do feel that these should come as a package with alcohol wipes as like all racket weights it's important to install on a clean, dry and dust free racket.

Not sure they made much difference when they were actually on, but the glue didn't hold for more than a few days in any case :-( Went for a different make that sticks on better (even without superglue) and it's still there after a similar amount of time (and at a similar cost to these ones).

The Wilson Tungsten Tape comes in four 5g strips. Used this to add weight to a second racquet - Head Extreme Pro and to add some heft to the hoop to get some much needed plow through on strokes. Have so far added 2 5g strips at the 10-2 position on the racquet and after 2 weeks of use they have yet to fall off. Just make sure you clean the spots on the racquet where the strips will go with rubbing alcohol before applying the strips. This should ensure they bond better to the racquet. Has it helped? Most certainly. Provides much better power on groundstrokes and has increased the sweet spot on the racquet just enough to provide a level of forgiveness on mistimed shots. Much better and safer than Lead tape in my opinion. Highly recommended.

They fell on the first day. Don’t buy it.

Works well. Follow the fitting instructions. Be prepared to adjust your game.

Works great, I’ve had no issues with them falling off as others have. I’ve played with them for multiple sessions. I have not cut or moved them after installing. I like that there are markers to make measuring and cutting to desired weight easier and it gives me peace of mind to not have to worry about lead poisoning / safety and that I can work with them with bare hands. Recommend! I do wish they came in lighter colors for my racket but oh well :)
