I don't usually get excited about pillows...but these deserve their own fan club. First, they're completely adjustable. Want a fluffy cloud? Done. Prefer a flatter pillow? Easy. You can add or remove the fill until it's exactly how you like it. Now let's talk about the real reason I bought them...Perimenopause. If you know, you know. I was waking up every single night looking like I'd just run a marathon in a rainforest. I slept naked, ditched the blankets, cracked the sliding glass bedroom door open in the middle of winter, and had my fan running at what I can only describe as supersonic speed. My hair would be soaked by midnight. Meanwhile, my husband was basically preparing for an Arctic expedition. Two blankets. Sweatpants. Heated mattress pad. The poor man would touch my butt and somehow I'd get even hotter—not exactly the romantic reaction either of us was hoping for. After reading review after review and researching cooling pillows, I finally decided to spend the money. Three months later... I'm still sleeping with my "supersonic" fan (which is actually two fans connected by a spreader bar—calm down, that's not a euphemism!), but now I can sleep comfortably with just a thin sheet and blanket. The bedroom stays at 72°, my husband has retired his heated mattress pad, occasionally sleeps naked himself, and somehow still manages to use two blankets. Marriage is all about compromise. These pillows have genuinely helped me stay cooler and drier through the night. They're supportive, customizable, comfortable, and have made bedtime enjoyable again. If you're on the fence because of the price, I get it. I hesitated too. Now I only regret not buying them sooner.

Genuinely shocking to set your head down on this. It's ridiculously cool to the touch, even after having lain on it all night, getting up and going to get a glass of water, you can count on returning to a cold pillow. No need to flip sides. It's firm enough you wont need to fluff or adjust, while still giving you a good bit of sink. The pattern is a little strange but honestly, not a thing I've ever noticed outside of opening the box. You'll want a silk or similarly thin and breathable pillowcase for this, as anything cloth or cotton retains its own heat and diminishes the effect of this pillow. Additionally, you'll unfortunately want to avoid waterproof covers, as the more layers (no matter how thin), the less of an effect you'll be able to feel. All concessions aside, I wouldn't want to switch to another pillow. This one just does its job too well.

I really like this pillow overall. It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels well made. When you use it without a pillowcase, it definitely feels cool to the touch and does what it claims in terms of that initial cooling sensation. However, once you put a pillowcase on it, you can’t really feel the cooling effect anymore. I’ve tried multiple different pillowcases made from different materials, and none of them really let that cool feeling come through. That said, I still love the pillow itself. It’s comfortable and supportive enough that I’m keeping it. Just keep in mind that the cooling feature works best without a cover, which isn’t ideal for everyone. Overall, a good pillow — just manage expectations about the cooling effect once it’s covered.

Pretty good. Appreciate the extra stuffing provided. Like most things, the cooling is a bit of a gimmick. Sure, its cool to touch but after 5 minutes of your head on it it isn't any cooler than any other pillow

I was hesitant to buy this pillow because it was more expensive than most of the other options available. I decided to give it a try anyway, and I’m really glad I did. The difference in quality is noticeable right away. It’s extremely comfortable, provides excellent back support, and has held its shape well with regular use. It feels durable and well made. If you’re wondering whether it’s worth spending a little extra, I believe it is. Highly recommended!

I love certain aspects of this pillow and hate others. First and foremost, it does cool as advertised. I was very surprised by that after misleading claims from other brands. Can confirm it does cool well. The only issue I have is that, as others have stated, and it makes sense, if you put a pillow case on there it fails to be effective. I can live with that because you are introducing an intermediary layer. No worries. However, the 1 thing I found I cant live with is, the pillows top layer comes apart like a spider web. Ultra fine strings pull off of it and tickly and irritate you in the night. For women, this may not be an issue, but for me, if I have stubble on my face and I lay on it at night, it pulls out these ultra fine strings that are tiny and like 2 feet long, that tickly and irritate me at night. So I find myself itching and waking up in the night. But I can't put a pillow case on it to fix the issue because it's no longer cooling. Close to being great because it truly cools you off, but now they live in the closet.

These are actually really good pillows. They're not stiff they kind of conform to your head. Anyways I like them, the kids like them and my mom likes them. They have a bit of smell at first so let them sit out for a couple days I purchased some Tempurpedic pillows about a month before I bought these when they had A BOGO sale. They are literally like rocks, horrendous. Tempur-Pedic has a no return policy and I see why. These pillows here, which were one third of tempurpedics sale price, are infinitely superior in every way.

This pillow is so wonderful! The cooling effect is helpful. I love that the stuffing level is totally customizable! You can customize your firmness. It has helped me sleep better. It provides great support for my back when I use it to sit up in bed.

Experiences of neck pains urged me to purchase this pillow. Neck pains have gone and I’ve had the best sleep. It’s firm but soft enough it sinks to the position of your head/neck/shoulder perfectly; and when it gets too warm just take off the pillow case and the enjoyment of a cool night is top notch

It gets cold but it gets used to your body heat fast
