I swapped out the magnetic clips from the old frame. I also bought a new headgear so I can build a new whole mask gear to use. I do need a medium size but a large size also work. I think Philips Respironics does not have the medium option, it is just small and large size. The medium size I bought last time is little too small. It does not fit me comfortably. with a large size and I tape the frame at the welcro part and it work ok. too small can cause air leaking alot. To cpap user: air leaking will cause you waking up at night, and maybe dry mouth, and next day feeling very tire. I use 3M tape Micropore 1530-1 to tape the frame secure on my cheek. search that 3M tape on desertcart. The nose cup will stay in place and it is not going to leak. CPAPSupplyUSA is very good seller here on desertcart. Review: Sturdy and well made! - I went with the cheapo brand and you get what you pay for! Button holes were flimsy and would come undone while I slept, causing me to wake because the mask would move. Fabric separated from the frame after a month. My next order was for Wisp!
