i'm so glad I decided to get this chair! Incredibly ergonomic, comfortable, versatile, and sturdy. I'm getting so much support from this chair, the back of my head, neck, all my back side, plus my arms and elbows. You can adjust chair height, lumbar support and various degrees of tilt to your liking. One note is that the build out does take time; I spent almost half an hour during assembly, and my suggestion is to be sure the armrests are facing the correct direction (I learned the hard way). I found the best way to make life easier when assembling this chair is to have it elevated; place it on top of stacked boxes or even storage bins, and your back will thank you! The package comes with everything you'd need (screws, drivers, etc.). Very happy with this chair and I can highly recommend it.

This was not too hard to put together, although I did need someone else to hold the headrest while I attached it since I had to get at the s-crew from a odd angle.This is very comfortable when leaning back but if I sit up, I can't lean against the back rest at all because I would need to lean back a little. If you are always leaned back while gaming, then this will be awesome.Have to work a little at getting the handle pulled out to recline the back and put it back up.Seat slides forward and back just fine.Height adjustment works fine.
