Can my 13 month old play with these? And if the answer is no, then why not?

BunMo Poppin Pipes are made from BPA-free plastic, child product safety certified and 3rd party tested by Intertek (The largest and most reputable testing agency in the world.) We have recommended that this product is used for children 3 years and up as some of the most fun aspects of this toy (connecting and building) are more fun for toddlers and above. For ages 6 months plus, please check out our specially designed textured suction toys 10 pack. It's an amazing new patent-pending product specially designed with soft food-grade silicone and sensory textures. These can be found at our store: https://www.amazon.com/stores/BUNMO

Does anyone know if these make the same sound as whirly tubes if you spin them?

I am not familiar with other whirly toys but these will make some noise. Not real loud

What is the length of a single tube at full extension?

Each Pop Tube at full extension is approximately 2 foot, 3 inches long when fully extended.

What size is the opening?

Approximately an inch. I don’t have them with me to measure, sorry!
