The problem is that the software crashes all the dang time. For a premium controller, the software needs some love. Large disappointment on that end. Edit: I had to take it down to 1 star. It's pretty bad, constantly in the middle of games the software crashes. Keep sending reports but not sure what is being done to fix this. App is updated, pc updated, game updated, drivers updated. Y'all got to fix this for the money spent on this. Edit#2: This is absolutely insane. I see reviews of people having these problems from A YEAR AGO. I am very upset I spent money on this PC only controller. The iCUE software is so bad, it's miserable to use. It just deleted itself off of my computer mid game.
