Our transparent polycarbonate door canopy is 6 mm thicker and therefore more shock and load resistant than many competitors, high-quality edge protection aluminium profiles at the front and back. Wide application, the canopy is for mounting on front entrances, garages, balconies, windows, shop windows, patios, garden doors, etc. The front door canopy is easy to install and includes the instructions as well as 4 sets of screws and 4 plastic hats for screws for quick installation. Review: Acabamos de ponerlo en un ático muy ventilado, y por ahora aguanta bien el viento. Lleva unos tacos metálicos del 10, por lo q cuesta un poco más colocarlo, pero le aporta mucha solidez. Los herrajes son de plástico, aunque parecen de metal, y queda tan firme, que si hay q cambiar una placa de Policarbonato, va a costar desmontarlo. Como no ajusta perfecto en la pared, hay q sellarlo con una remate en L o en U, y silicona. Los herrajes tienen hendidura a ambos lados, por le q se pueden ir añadiendo más segmentos hasta alcanzar el tamaño así. La única pega es que para tamaños mayores de los especificados, hay q comprar dos paquetes, y te sobra siempre un herraje, que podría abaratar el precio un poco. En unos meses actualizaré la reseña, pero por ahora parece recomendable.

Acabamos de ponerlo en un ático muy ventilado, y por ahora aguanta bien el viento. Lleva unos tacos metálicos del 10, por lo q cuesta un poco más colocarlo, pero le aporta mucha solidez. Los herrajes son de plástico, aunque parecen de metal, y queda tan firme, que si hay q cambiar una placa de Policarbonato, va a costar desmontarlo. Como no ajusta perfecto en la pared, hay q sellarlo con una remate en L o en U, y silicona. Los herrajes tienen hendidura a ambos lados, por le q se pueden ir añadiendo más segmentos hasta alcanzar el tamaño así. La única pega es que para tamaños mayores de los especificados, hay q comprar dos paquetes, y te sobra siempre un herraje, que podría abaratar el precio un poco. En unos meses actualizaré la reseña, pero por ahora parece recomendable.

Decent canopy for the price. Could be assembled and fitted by one person if needed, however, using the bolts supplied is a fast track to frustration. I'm experienced in DIY but don't consider the fixing bolts to be fit for purpose. Do yourself a favour and buy decent shield anchor bolts and you'll be fine. Fitted two canopies to provide a bike shelter down the side of the house.
