Review: Almost all the essentials - I have so many health issues, and my diet is limited because of the health issues. So that creates more health issues related to malnutrition. I started having atrocious, horrible cramps in my legs and feet, plus infuriating twitches, both of which got me looking up supplements. I knew they were caused by electrolyte and other deficiencies. Anyway I found an article that said what to look for in a multi vitamin. The best affordable match I could find was this product, and it's from a recognizable brand I've used many times before which made me feel better. The articles I read said that multi vitamins have MOST of the vitamins and minerals you need, but they basically can't fit significant amounts of magnesium, calcium and potassium, and they may cost too much. If you look at the percentages, they may only have 2% RDA. Plus not everyone needs to supplement those, especially potassium. If you get too much potassium it could be dangerous. Oh and the recommended quantities of each vitamin and mineral were very very close to, or exactly the same as, the quantities in this supplement. I can't remember exactly because it's been awhile, but I was really happy to find this. I started making sure to take this multivitamin every day, along with Nature Made cal mag twice a day. I have a ton of gut issues but if I take the pills with food it's fine. I get queasy if I forget to eat though, but I feel fine again after eating. I haven't supplemented potassium yet because most supplements only have 2%. I'm going to use a powder supplement when I can. I started taking the cal mag when I wasn't taking the multivitamin. It completely eliminated the leg cramps and twitches. I ran out of cal mag for awhile and didn't prioritize getting more. My legs started twitching and having cramps again, although nowhere near as bad as before. So anyway, if you get this product you might want to look at the cal mag as well, and make sure you get enough potassium from some other source.

**Q: How much carbohydrates does it contain?**
A: Nature Made Multi Tablets contain less than 0.5 g of carbohydrates per serving/per tablet.

**Q: Does anyone know what the expected shelf life is?**
A: The bottle I recently received has a marked expiration date in mid-2023, which is plenty of time to consume 130 tablets.

**Q: Why does it take so long to receive?  i ordered mine on september 10th and i am supposed to receive it by november 9th**
A: It could be any number of reasons. Did you call Amazon Customer Service? Is it being shipped from a foreign country? Global shipping is pretty screwed up right now just so you know. I have dealt with this myself. If you haven't called Amazon Customer Service already, then that should be your first move.

**Q: Is this common for mens and womens**
A: Nature Made Multi with Vitamin D3 and Iron can be consumed by both men and women that need a multivitamin with iron. For example, women of childbearing ages or men that may not get enough iron in their diet.  Keep in mind, women 50+ and men generally do not need a multivitamin with iron, but there may be some individuals that are exceptions to the norm. This vitamin, for some odd reason, is the only one that doesn’t irritate my stomach and make me feel nauseated after taking. It’s probably the placebo effect but I also feel great the next day when I remember to take it. It’s also great price, 100% recommend.
