Can't really beat the convenience/shipping speed and 15$ for a pound of good coffee is a pretty good deal. I was slightly disappointed to see the roast date 3/16 was a month ago, but I imagine with current health pandemic their operation has probably been impacted. I was happy to see that their medium roast really was medium, seems like most places call it medium when it's really pretty dark. I typically go for medium roast because it brings out the best flavors in my mind. I brewed a cup right away and there was no bloom to speak of, probably because it was roasted a while ago. Taste was really quite good though. I'm not into tasting notes, I would just describe it as a very tasty well rounded cup of coffee.
