GM Genuine Parts 20918769 Radio Speaker Amplifier

Took 5 minutes to install in my 2012 Cadillac SRX. Works perfectly. Definitely worth the money, especially since I could install it myself.

Perfect replacement amp at a fraction of the cost that you'd get from the dealer. Plug and play for older Caddilac SRX's (ours is 2010) which made this ideal

I lost all sound in my 2010 Cadillac SRX over a year ago. This affected not only my radio, but all sounds like notification alerts, navigation, even turn signals. I am on a fixed income and taking it to the dealer for a costly repair was not an option. Thankfully I found Cadillac Forum online where others had reported the same issues. Several owners had posted that the amplifier was the issue even though dealerships were telling them that needed all new systems put in. One owner posted the link to the OEM amplifier he purchased from Amazon. It was an easy fix and access to the amplifier was just close to a panel that required only a few screws removed. At that point it was unplug the old and plug in the new, easy peasy! I now have sound again and for a little over 100 bucks. Thank you Amazon for having the part in stock free shipping and on sale for black Friday. I couldn't ask for more!

Our 2010 Cadillac SRX lost all audio. Replaced with this part and the audio now works. Was a perfect fit and easy to install.

We bought a 2012 Cadillac and discovered the radio and none of the sounds inside the car like the turn signal sound or the horn worked. We researched it on YouTube and saw that this part was likely the problem. We purchased this part and installed it ourselves, based on the video that was really helpful. Fix the problem and we could not be happier!

Was searching for this replacement and didn't initially buy, but then had a little I could spend on it, the description was wrong but the connections and housing were correct, I just connected it with no issue of connecting, but with no luck there is no audio coming from the system, give it that the description was for a GM catalytic converter gasket but looked the part I purchased it to replace the one in my 2010 Mazda 3, I'm not giving up on it just yet because the description says it needs to be programmed, I'm just not sure where I can take it since it's labeled as a gm part but I have a Mazda, so if anyone could direct in a good direction that would be great, hopefully this thing works and if it does I'll be back to correct my review

Yes, this product does work for the mazda 3 platform with bose speakers (i own a 2010 speed3 and it works perfectly). The only downside is that you would have to drill an extra hole for it to fit on the bracket. I searched scrapyards, online and wreckers in my area and could not find the mazda 3 amplifier anywhere. I looked at the connections and this one matched, i saw another review that it would fit on here but there was no confirmation by anyone so i took the risk and it paid off. This amp does work.
