So versatile.
Where do I start? I first heard of this when I was 18. Since then, I've made Gochujang rice, chicken and even in my toasties!! Its quite spicy, so just be ready for a mouth-splosion. The tub is so little, but contains so much, as a little goes such a long way!! Easy to use, just either slap a table spoon in a pan to cook with, and away you go!! It is a fermented red pepper paste, Korean? It contains sugars, salt (plenty of it) and its also somewhat of a flaviniod. Do not spill this on ANYTHING. You'll need to just welcome the new colour. This is so cheap, considering how high overall quality it is. All in all, this is an a must have for any home cook! The amount of recipes using Gochujang that are out there, is insane. So versatile, so flavoursome, so addictive 😍 😋

Fell in love with this stuff, tried the smaller tub from the supermarket, glad i found it here bigger tubs at a good price, ordered 2 should last me a while. Adds a great flavour and nice heat to stuff, brilliant quality paste to enhance rice dishes and such or making sauces with.

More mellow than white hot
Used the Gochujang in a number of sauces and it has worked out well. Not as white hot as I had expected, but more mellow and hot. Very pleased except the packaging was badly damaged on delivery.

Essential for Thai cooking
A fantastic ingredient for adding depth and flavour to cooking. It has the perfect balance of spice, sweetness and savoury flavour. Great for Korean dishes, marinades, sauces and adding a kick to everyday meals.
